Website Password Reset

1. Navigate to People Search under the Buz People section.
2. Use the search bar or filter options to locate the member whose password you want to reset. You can search by name, club ID, username, email address, or any other identifier.
3. Click on the member's name or the Edit button next to their name to edit their profile.
4. Navigate to the Privacy/Access tab:
5. Set a new password by overwriting the password value in both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
6. Click the Save Member button to apply the new password to the member’s account:

Additional Tips

1. Follow any specific procedures or guidelines set by your club regarding password resets.
2. Consider recommending that the member update their password after logging in with the new credentials for better security.
3. Advise the member to use a strong password. A strong password is:

• At least 8 characters long.
• A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not a word that can be found in a dictionary or the name of a person, character, product, or organization.
• Significantly different from your previous passwords.
