The Member List displays a list of members in the database. Instructions on configuring the Member List is provided in the configuration videos for Member Manager.

Sorting & Filtering
By default, the member list is sorted by last name in ascending order. To reverse the sort order or sort by a different column, click on the column header. If you sort by a different column, the background color of the column will change to indicate the column on which the list is sorted.
To filter the list, right click anywhere in the list and click on Filter. You will be presented with options including All Members, Default Filter and a list of Custom Queries.

Member Types
There is a square icon to the left of each member’s name. The color of the icon represents the Member Type. The color coding for the icons is setup during the configuration process.

Find a Member
To find a member in the Member List, press the F2 key on the keyboard or click in the search box at the top of the member list.
Using the keyboard, you can search by last name, first name or ClubID. When searching by last name, after partially entering the last name, you can enter a comma, and then the first few characters of the member’s first name. For example, J,R will find Robert Johnson and Richard Jones.
Once the name you are searching for appears in the list, click on it to load the member’s information.

Perform an Action
To perform an action, relating to the member, right click on the member’s name in the member list to load a context menu. Next click on the desired menu link.
Each of the menu options displayed will the subject of a separate video.

Manage Member Information
After performing the search and clicking on the member, you can manage the member’s information in the member information tabs.
