Member Manager
The Member Manager interface is comprised of four components. The first is the Member List. The second is the Snapshot. The third is Views. The fourth contains the Member Information tabs.

Member List
The member list is outlined in blue. It contains a searchable list of members. By clicking on a member in the list, you can manage the member’s information and perform inquiries and tasks associated with that member.

Snapshot
The snapshot, highlighted in blue, provides quick access to key member information, including the member’s name, a member photo, home phone number, Clubid or account number, primary email address, current account balance and last payment date and payment amount.

Views
Views, highlighted in blue, provides quick access to more detailed member information including:
- Statistics
- File Attachments
- Golf No Show History
- Golf Tee Time History
- Member Storage Units
- Tasks and Notes

Tabs
All member information is contained in 8 tabs in the area highlighted in blue.

Tabs - General
The general tab contains information about the member including the account number, name, phone numbers and dates as well as golfer information for bag location and mode of transportation.

Tabs - Categories
The categories tab displays the member’s member category and member status.. If the club uses the tee time system, the golf category and status are also displayed.

Tabs - Addresses/Email
The Addresses/Email tab contains up to three mailing addresses and 2 email addresses for each member.
Tabs - Attributes
Buz supports an unlimited number of custom fields called attributes. The Attributes tab contains a list of all attributes assigned to the member.

Tabs - Relationships
The Member Manager allows you to define relationships between members in your database. This functionality extends beyond the typical family head and dependent relationships and can be extended to parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles etc.

Tabs - Storage
The Storage tab displays all storage units assigned to the member. Examples include lockers, marina slips and golf bag storage.

Tabs - Billing
The Billing tab displays information pertinent to billing.

Tabs - Memos and Allergies
The Memos and Allergies tab contains information for display in the point-of- sale systems, including a Food and Beverage memo, a Retail memo and a list of a member’s allergies.
